We are dedicated to the highest quality, manufacturing and international standards, certified to ISO13485.

This internationally recognised standard is a systematic quality management system which ensures the products we manufacture comply with the requirements for the manufacture of medical devices. Medentech operates to GMP and is certified by the Irish Competent Authority HPRA (Health Products Regulatory Authority) to manufacture medicinal products. Our quality team work closely with the site operations manager and production team, ensuring that every manufacturing process is carried out efficiently and within official guidelines, every time.

Our microbiology laboratory provides a specialist centre of excellence for the investigation of micro-organisms present in the human food chain. Opened in 2019, our state of the art facility has been a hive of activity! Medentech has in-house PHDs specialising in Chemistry and Molecular Microbiology. This dedicated team of innovative specialists led by Sarah Finn, develop new products and continually improve existing lines. Providing technical support in all areas of research, development and quality, their cumulative expertise in microbiology gives our team a major role in knowledge-sharing when contamination warnings are issued, paving the way to develop disruptive innovations.

Our manufacturing facilities have undergone a major transformation to become leaner, and with new improvements come increased capacitates. At Kersia Ireland, production capacities are close to 70m during our standard operational week. These improvements assure our clients receive the best service combined with the best quality always.
